JENNIFER BROOKS HILL
Jennifer is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and one of the co-founders of Innovative Wealth Building. Jennifer has been a financial planner since 2016. During that time, she’s had the unique ability to learn the business from a perennial top performing advisor, her dad, Warren.
Prior to becoming a financial planner, Jennifer worked on PAX River as a Federal Employee. That experience has given her a unique expertise in the benefits, challenges, and opportunities that matter most to Federal Employees. In addition to being a Federal Employee benefits expert, Jennifer is an accomplished financial planner that has helped create and deliver hundreds of financial plans.
Education is an important topic for Jennifer. She a graduated from Salisbury University with a Bachelor’s degree, and then went on to earn a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Maryland University College.
Jennifer lives in Mechanicsville, MD with her husband, Sean, and their daughter, Eleanor.
